Painting Company in Fort Worth Built on Honesty, Prep Quality, and Plain Talk

How J&R Alliance Painting LLC Started in Fort Worth

In 2008, Raul worked on construction for AT&T Stadium in Arlington, the massive home of the Dallas Cowboys. The job was the kind where surface preparation isn't a checkbox on a punch list. Welded steel had to be primed before paint. Concrete had to be tested for moisture before sealers went down. Coatings had to perform across temperature swings, weather extremes, and decades of public use. Cutting corners wasn't an option. Every layer mattered.
Eight years later, Raul brought that same approach to residential painting. Founded J&R Alliance Painting LLC in 2016 with co-owner Jesus. Jesus came at painting from a different angle. He'd spent years traveling across the South, Florida, Georgia, Texas, picking up techniques and developing a fascination with paint chemistry. Why certain paints bond better to certain surfaces. Why low-VOC formulations behave differently than older oil-based products. What separates a finish that lasts twenty years from one that fails in three.
The combination was unusual: a co-founder with a stadium-grade prep background and a co-founder who understood paint as a chemical system, not just a product label. The two of them realized most residential painters were skipping the technical foundation that made commercial-grade work possible in the first place. So J&R was built around that foundation, prep first, materials explained, owner-led every job.
Rebeca, Raul's wife, runs the office as Office Manager. She's the first point of contact, the person who answers the phone, vets new project inquiries, and handles communication from first call onward. She stays available for customer service throughout every project and occasionally follows up on final invoicing and satisfaction once a job closes.
Today J&R Alliance Painting LLC serves 31 cities across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex from its Fort Worth headquarters. The 2016 founding idea, bring stadium-grade preparation to residential painting, is still the operating principle on every project.

Meet the Owners

The Owners Behind J&R Alliance Painting LLC

J&R Alliance Painting LLC isn't a franchise or a contractor's union. The owners aren't sales reps. The owners are the people on your project.

Raul, Co-Owner, On-Site Consultant

Raul brought the stadium-grade construction discipline that anchors the J&R Alliance Painting LLC approach. His 2008 work on AT&T Stadium shaped how he thinks about preparation: there's no shortcut that doesn't show up later. He personally handles every on-site walkthrough, spending as long as necessary assessing surfaces, identifying hidden issues, and understanding what you want the finished space to look like. Once you approve your proposal and select a tier, Raul takes over the project and hands it off to Jesus, keeping no detail lost between estimate and execution.

Jesus, Co-Owner, Project Manager

Jesus manages project scheduling, crews, and fulfillment through completion once Raul hands off an approved project. His path into painting took him across the South over several years, Florida, Georgia, Texas, picking up techniques and developing a deep working knowledge of paint chemistry along the way. When the conversation turns to why Cashmere works on smooth interior surfaces but Duration is the right call on exterior trim, or why some primers fail on oil-based stains while others bond reliably, Jesus is the one who knows. He runs the crew daily and signs off on every job before the owner walkthrough closes it out.

MISSION, VALUES & CULTURE

What J&R Stands For, Honest, Meticulous, Professional

Three words anchor everything J&R does: honest, meticulous, professional. They're not aspirational. They're operational.

Honest

Honest

The estimate reflects what was actually found at the walkthrough. The three pricing tiers are real options, not a high anchor with a "discount" to upsell. Customer questions get answered in plain language, not deflected with vague reassurance. If a project hits a complication mid-job, the customer hears about it as soon as we do.

Meticulous

Meticulous

Prep work happens before paint, every time, on every job. Caulking gaps get filled. Wood rot gets repaired. Bare wood gets primed. Floors, furniture, and fixtures get protected. The site gets cleaned at the end of each day. The owner walkthrough at job close isn't a formality, it's the moment to identify and fix anything missed before final payment.

Professional

Professional

The crew shows up when scheduled. Calls get returned promptly. The job gets done in the timeframe quoted. Communication is consistent. When a decision needs the homeowner's input, the homeowner is consulted, not left to figure out a contractor's call after the fact.

Our Process

Here's What Happens When You Call J&R Alliance Painting LLC

The process is the same on every job, and it's designed around your experience as the homeowner, not around the contractor's convenience.

Step 1: You call or fill out the form

Step 1: You call or fill out the form

Rebeca answers personally. No auto-attendant. No voicemail tree. She'll ask about the project, what room, what type of work, when you're hoping to start, and schedule a walkthrough that fits your calendar.

Step 2 : Raul comes to your home

Step 2 : Raul comes to your home

Walking the property with you for as long as the project requires. He's not measuring square footage and leaving. He's assessing surface conditions, identifying hidden issues that will affect prep, and asking what you want the finished work to look like. The estimate gets shaped during the walkthrough, not back at the office from rough measurements.

Step 3: Your digital proposal arrives

Step 3: Your digital proposal arrives

Three tiers, Cashmere, Duration, and Emerald, listed side by side. Same scope of work for each. Different paint quality, different warranty length, different price point. You see exactly what you're choosing between. No high-pressure call afterward to push you toward the highest tier.

Step 4: You pick your tier and the crew gets scheduled

Step 4: You pick your tier and the crew gets scheduled

Jesus runs the crew daily. Prep happens before paint. The job site stays organized. The work gets done on the timeframe quoted on your proposal.

Step 5: You pick your tier, and Raul hands off to Jesus

Step 5: You pick your tier, and Raul hands off to Jesus

Once you approve your proposal and select a tier, Raul takes over the project and hands it to Jesus, who manages scheduling, the crew, and fulfillment through completion. That handoff keeps no detail lost between estimate and execution. Jesus runs the crew daily. Prep happens before paint. The job site stays organized. The work gets done on the timeframe quoted on your proposal.
